HOW IT WORKS
A shared plan. From the first conversation.
We understand your objectives, processes and data, then agree the scope, approach and responsibilities before starting a digital project or training programme.
Bring your question
One task. A clear starting point.
Practise together
Explore a method with guidance.
Check the result
Review the evidence and assumptions.
Make it repeatable
Keep the steps you can use again.
DIGITAL PROJECT DELIVERY & SUPPORT
A clear path from
requirements to handover.
When a digital project needs a shared plan, we connect the scope, responsibilities and acceptance criteria with each stage of delivery.
- 01
Understand the work
Clarify objectives, processes, responsibilities, users, data and existing systems.
- 02
Agree the scope
Confirm the approach, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies and acceptance criteria.
- 03
Design and develop
Shape the screens, data structure and workflows, then build the agreed solution.
- 04
Test and review
Check the agreed functionality, permissions and data flows with the people who will use them.
- 05
Train and hand over
Guide the team through the solution and hand over the agreed documentation and access.
- 06
Support as agreed
Agree ongoing support, maintenance and future changes around the client’s needs.
In practice, your team reviews the agreed solution, learns how to use it and receives a defined handover. Ongoing support is agreed around your needs.
Discuss a digital projectTRAINING ENGAGEMENTS
Agree the learning. Then practise together.
Tell us who will attend, their starting level and the tasks they want to work through. We confirm objectives, tools, preparation, the session format and commercial arrangements before booking.
Sessions take place live on Google Meet. After scope and payment are confirmed, we agree a suitable time and send the invitation. Guided practice includes checking outputs and identifying methods the team can reuse.
