Your data is yours

Private to you. Your organisations, assessments, actions, registers, framework checklists and data are tied to your sign-in. Other users cannot open them. Team members you invite see only that organisation and the areas you give them. The QSE application dashboard has no access to client workspace content.
Shared only when you choose. When you book a call, QSE receives your contact details and, only if you tick the box, a short summary of the organisation.
Attached files. Evidence files are private. Downloads require your signed-in account, current membership and area access, plus a link that expires after five minutes. Giving someone the link does not give them access.
Platform protection. HTTPS protects data in transit. The hosting platform provides encryption at rest. Platform operators and authorised infrastructure administrators retain their technical administration responsibilities; this is not end-to-end encryption.
AI helpers ask first. AI helpers are currently off. No workspace content is sent to an AI service.
Take it with you, or delete it. Export in every subscription status. Delete organisation removes its data and files immediately. Delete my account removes your Workspace data and your saved report account data after confirmation.
Cancellation. Cancelled organisations allow export and deletion only. The 90-day deletion deadline is shown immediately. After that deadline, access ends and data and files are removed by request-time maintenance. No background job is enabled while scheduling is off.
Reminders. Email is currently off. Calendar downloads work now. Email digests require mail and scheduling to be enabled later. Private calendar subscriptions can be revoked at any time.
